  The hotel and staff were wonderful.I would stay there again

  Liked: I didn’t have breakfast as I had family nearby.

  Disliked: The roadworks under my window which, on three nights, went on until midnight. I appreciate no fault of the hotel. On one occasion, my room had been serviced but I was left with two dirty cups and a waste basket not emptied. I rang down and a porter brought up fresh cups.

  Simply Fantastic!

  Liked: Fantastic hotel. Couldn't fault the room, it was clean and spacious (privilege comfort room), the shower room and toilet were spotless. All amenities you'd expect. Also delivered an iron & ironing board on request. We used the bar area which was very nice. We did not have breakfast as we wanted to eat out. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would most certainly stay again as the location was perfect and very close to everything we wanted to see and visit.

  Disliked: I had to wear my ear plugs as I could hear traffic through the night. I expected noise, being in a city. It wasn't a problem. The windows still offered good soundproofing.

  Liked: The location! You are 1 min walk from the Promenade des Anglais.

  Disliked: The hotel would benefit from maintenance, it feels like it was a good hotel, had its good times, but not anymore.

  Liked: Great location, very safe, all very nice. Lovely room with pleasant view. I didn’t use the bar or breakfast facility as just 1 night stay. I wanted a comfy safe great location hotel and that’s exactly what it was, I would book again if any deals as without a deal it is pricey. But would recommend for above reasons.

  Disliked: Patio or terrace doesn’t reflect 4* more like a b&b. Shame there isn’t a nice outdoors area with view etc. on arrival was expected to have a credit card which wasn’t advised and when I said I had no cash or card as these days everything done by tapping via phone, they were a little difficult saying but they need it. Which when you don’t have it’s hard to magic out of nowhere. If that is mandatory to stay in the hotel it should be clear at point of booking.
