Great location, but the room needs maintenance

Liked: Stayed 3 nights with a friend. The location is the big win: close to the beach and the train station, with good cafés and supermarkets nearby for daily needs.

Disliked: Cleanliness was good, but the room felt old and poorly maintained. The AC leaked heavily from the ceiling, and the only fix was putting towels on the floor to soak up the water. The shower head is mounted very low, which made showering uncomfortable. Wifi was decent for browsing but not reliable enough for video calls or remote work.

Liked: Great hotel. I stayed here for 4 days and everything was great. First of all, I would mention the location. Very close to the promenade, train station, metro station, Jean Medson street... Everything is very close to the hotel. My room had a street view and there were no problems at night. Very silent street. The room was good, clean, comfortable. We had a TV with many TV channels. Comfortable bed. Maybe, the pillows were not very comfortable, but maybe this was only in my room (374). The breakfast was also good, so I would recommend for everyone to book a room here with breakfast included. If you are looking for a great location in Nice, I would recommend this hotel.

Disliked: - The pillows were not very comfortable, but again, maybe this was only in my room. - The internet on 3rd floor is pretty slow. There is nothing else that we didn't liked.
