Liked: Great staff, warm welcome. Close to lots of shops and a big supermarket, walking distance to old and new town and right by a tram stop. Easy to get to and from airport on the tram.

Great value for money stay in Nice

Liked: Big room, silent, cozy, comfortable bed, everything nice and clean, very practical location, welcoming personnel

Disliked: I guess depending on the room floor / position you might hear neighbors (not my case)
