  Liked: The hotel was clean and the bed very comfortable however it had no elevator so we had to climb 4 stories to get to our room.

  Great and central

  Liked: The location is very central and it fitted our needs. The bathroom is large and it has that vintage vibe. Plus the nice terrace.

  Disliked: Nothing bad to say. For the weather in October it was good as we didn’t get very hot at night, we didn’t need the AC.

  No one at reception even if it is reception hour

  Disliked: We arrived during the hotel’s stated reception hours, but there was no one at the front desk. We rang the doorbell several times, and eventually an older woman who appeared quite unfriendly came downstairs. While walking over, she made gestures indicating that she needed time to walk, as if blaming us for ringing the bell for too long. However, if the reception was supposed to be open at that time, why was there no one available at the front desk in the first place? We had a very heavy suitcase and politely asked whether anyone could help us carry it upstairs. She simply said that she could not help. She then told us that if we wanted to wait for someone to help with the luggage, we could just wait there. I was very disappointed by this attitude and found her manner unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was not soundproof at all. We could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, and the room also faced a busy street, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, the experience was disappointing, mainly because of the unfriendly welcome and the lack of basic assistance expected from a hotel.
