  Overpriced and unhelpful staff. Great location

  Liked: The room was comfortable enough especially with a nice sized bathroom and shower etc. The location was good. The breakfast was open for a long time.

  Disliked: The breakfast food was ok but certainly not impressive. The breakfast room was too busy, messy and often there were no bowls, glasses or coffee cups etc. People would also sit as individuals on a table for 4 which was irritating. The pool was nice enough but not very kid friendly. The reception staff were very limited help. They knew nothing of the manifestations/riots etc. They wouldn’t help with taxis or anything really. I found them potentially the least helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met. The hotel was really overpriced for what was provided.

  Liked: Fantastic location, super clean and friendly, comfy beds, great bathroom and amenities (bathrobes and slippers), small but nice swimming pool. I stayed in their executive rooms on the 6th floor which benefited from a large balcony with lounge chairs

Baby equipment including a cot, bath, changing mat and cutlery is available on request.

For bookings with prepayment, please note that the credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon arrival as well as the matching ID. If the guest cannot show this credit card, a new payment will be required.

The maximum vehicle height for parking at this garage is 75 in. Taller vehicles cannot park here.
