Cold phone reception (payment error on their side, then she hung up on me), discourteous housekeeing

  Liked: None.

Disliked: Very disappointing phone reception: the payment error was on the hotel's side, the staff member was cold and dismissive, and she hung up on me mid-call. No apology on arrival. Housekeeping staff lacked basic courtesy. The bathroom and shower are extremely small. The hotel's follow-up was generic and didn't address the specific issues.
