  It was a nice stay, just at the center of Nice, very close to everywhere you want to access

  Liked: Location was great, right at the center of Nice, walking distance to major shopping areas, beach, food, etc. 5min. to everywhere basically. Room was also quite big and comfortable. It was very handy to have a steam powered iron in the room for our wrinkled clothes. Hotel owners were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Reception is closing in the afternoon and we arrived at night around 21:00 and we didn't know that. We had a very hard time finding the hotel because from outside it doesn't look like a hotel, it looks like just an apartment. There was an old door with a small hotel name on it. It was locked and we didn't know what to do. We didn't know there was a code to enter the hotel until hotel owner opened the door by a chance. So if you are late, make sure you have an access code to enter the hotel.

  Nice quiet place and friendly staff but the stairs up should be outlined in the offering

  Liked: Room was quiet and clean.

  Disliked: We had to climb 3 flights of stairs with our luggage!

  Great room in a perfect location in Nice. Would like to rent again 🤩

  Liked: The best location, the shower had so much power and everything was newly decorated. Loved all the mirrors. Would come back and rent this room, no question🤩

  Very mixed. Amazing location but receptionist was very unprofessional

  Liked: Exceptional location. Room was spotless.

  Disliked: Main door broke and wasn’t repaired leaving guests vulnerable as location is on a very busy square. Guy who worked there seemed completely indifferent. No lift and up several flights of stairs, saw other guests struggle with large suitcases.
