  Disappointing for a Novotel stay

Liked: The pool, air conditioning, bathroom and cleanliness. Close to the airport and free shuttle although it needed to be booked one day in advance.

Disliked: Poor housekeeping, food left in fridge from previous guests. Only 1 cup and 1 glass in the room. The coffee sachets and powdered milk were horrible and we had to request more teabags. Poor bar and reception service and very basic dinner menu.

Good location to airport. Near a beach. Near to shopping mall

Liked: Good location to airport for an overnight stop. Courtesy coach available to and from airport. Just need to phone the hotel and they will send their courtesy coach.

Disliked: It has no Lounge are. It hasn’t got any comfortable lounge chairs to sit on near the bar/ restaurant
