  My check in was very smooth with a beautiful young lady. But other than that and Aziza being exceptional at breakfast e

  Liked: Its position on the promenade. It’s quite far the centre which was disappointing.

  Disliked: Their inability to be flexible and accommodating was underwhelming. When we spoke to reception about something we were requesting and trying to find a resolution to a very small problem the staff just looked at eachother and smirked. Very unprofessional.

  Liked: I loved the hotel’s location and our room with a sea view. The highlight of our stay was the warm welcome and excellent service provided by Sebastián at the front desk. He made our arrival truly pleasant and memorable.

  Mixed fillings…

  Liked: The room was ok - clean, good enough equipped, with amazing view. The staff was helpful and the breakfast more than acceptable.

  Disliked: I would really like to offer a good review BUT… At the checkout, the reception could not tell me the amount of the refund, only that it usually takes 2-3 working days… More than one month passed, and I am still waiting for it… Your brand is really strong, take care of it accordingly…

Please note that in order for children under 12 years old to stay for free guests must request the extra bed in the special request box when booking. The maximum number of guests per room applies in every case.
