Liked: The room was very clean and very comfortable and the staff excellent! I especially loved the balcony. My only suggestion would be to have either tissues (Kleenex) in the room.

Liked: This facility is inadequately operated as a hotel. Perhaps it might be better as an apartment hotel. No instructions provided as in the room on to how to use the stove, microwave or towel warmer. Damaged non stick pot should have been removed or replaced. Makes it looks like you don't care. Coffee packages not supplied on a daily basis. Trash bin not cleared on a daily basis. We will not be recommending this hotel.
