Serious Warning About Poor Service and Safety

Liked: very bad experience utterly bad

Disliked: We had a terrible experience with this property. The address provided was misleading, as it led to the "Porte Mars" area, which even locals couldn't identify. Despite sending multiple messages in English, all responses were in French, making communication extremely difficult. Although they claim to be reachable by phone, they neither answered calls nor responded to texts. The customer service was utterly unresponsive. The property listing is managed by the same people as Hôtel Porte Mars (2 Pl. de la République, 51100 Reims, France), which is also their key collection point. Locals warned us that this location is unsafe and untrustworthy, and we unfortunately experienced this firsthand. As a family with two small children, we were abandoned in the middle of the night. From 9 PM to 1 AM, we were stranded on the streets, with no support or answers from the hosts. I strongly advise avoiding both properties: Hôtel Porte Mars, 2 Pl. de la République, 51100 Reims, France Appartement L3 ARENA Reims Gare Centre, 3 Avenue de Laon, 51100 Reims, France The hosts' lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable, especially when families and safety are at stake. Choose accommodations with reliable customer service and accountability.
