  Liked: Easy to park, check in and access the room. We stayed little as we were on a long car journey, but they had plenty of nice facilities...and we enjoyed the free coffee in the lounge! We also enjoyed the bed being very comfortable and the large shower.

  Disliked: The room was very small but ok for just one short night. The deco is quite outdated but reasonably functional. The bathroom a part from the shower was very small. Not a lot of amenities but acceptable for the price!

  Liked: Good size bed albeit a little bit worn (insufficient back support), good size shower albeit bathroom was tight.

  Disliked: The room had a faint smell of cigarettes, got used to it but it wasn't nice. Carpet on floor, very unhygienic.

  Thankfully only stayed for one night. Staff were helpful and accommodating but hotel is tired and not ideal for our nee

  Liked: Convenient location. Got locked out of room after pours and the lady was very accommodating and came to help.

  Disliked: Not overly clean. Disabled access room had little plugs for what was needed by the bed, resulting in trailing wires to an extension lead. Lots of people just ‘hanging around’ outside which didn’t make it feel comfortable or safe.

  Disappoiniting

  Liked: The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water, but the rooms and bathrooms are shabby. Reception service/checkin proceedure very poor.

  Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel on two other occasions, but this year, we were disappointed to find that the hotel reception was closed on arrival at 16.30, despite advising that we would be arriving at that time, amd we were told we would be able to check in. There was a self checkin facility, but when we attempted to checkin via this method, it did not acknowledge that we had already paid, and we could only check in if we paid again. Also, we were not informed that this method of checkin would occur. It is a cost-cutting exercise that is not helpful. When the reception did open at 17.00, the girl who checked us in then proceeded to sit outside smoking for a long time, which is not a good image for the hotel. Later that evening, a man and his son were outside trying to checkin (after a 10 hour drive) but the reception girl had disappeared again. Apparently she come back at around 20.00 hours as she had been to McDonalds! The rooms were not particularly clean, and looked very dated, There was no bath mat so water from the shower went over the bathroom floor. There are plenty of cheap hotels around that offer a better service, so unfortunately, we will not be staying at the Enzo again as the service has deteriorated.

  Simply wonderful stay, cannot state this enough!

  Liked: Exceeded all our expectations, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, room was perfect but the icing on the cake were all the Formula 1 racing memorabilia! Will look out for this chain of hotels again.
