A massive water leak from the ceiling at 4:00 AM completely ruined our night, and the hotel later br

Liked: The breakfast in the morning was fine. Unfortunately, it could not save our stay, as we did not catch a wink of sleep after 4:00 AM due to a massive water leak from the ceiling.

Disliked: Our stay was completely ruined by a severe room defect and terrible customer service. At 4:00 AM, water started leaking heavily from the ceiling, just 30 cm away from our bed. Our family's night's rest was completely destroyed as we had to wake up and place buckets and towels to manage the noise and water. The leaking started again at 8:00 AM. At check-out, the reception staff explicitly acknowledged the issue and promised us a refund. However, after leaving, the hotel completely ignored all our emails and even refused to cooperate with Booking.com. This total breach of trust and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable.

here was a noise every 10 to 20 minutes. Apparently coming from the hallway

Liked: located right in the city center.

Disliked: We previously stayed (2023) at this hotel, which is located right in the city center. We liked it then, but not so much this time! It is a pity that the staff speaks virtually no English. All night (and day) there was a noise every 10 to 20 minutes. Apparently coming from the hallway. Because of this noise, it was not pleasant.
