Guest reviews
Exceptional
Fab as always
Liked: A favourite of ours and always comes up to expectations as a restful oasis in Rouen
Disliked: One bar staff member seemed particularly unwelcoming - we mentioned this at checkout since it was so out of character compared to other personnel and, indeed, previous visits
Lovely hotel. Will stay there again
Liked: The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel and spa staff were very good.
Disliked: The restaurant food was mediocre.
Liked: Location, outside decor, cocktail bar, pool sauna and hammas area.
Disliked: Bedroom decor was very bland, no character considering the style of the property. Too clinic. Terrible desk. Lighting was poor. No proper windows. Ac flow made it difficult to sleep. Cocktail bar glass floor looked terrible. Scratched, dirty between glass. Breakfast room was very basic and clinical. No character given the style of the property. Service was not 5 star. Price was way too high for what was offered.
Liked: Just like our previous stay, everything was perfect!
Disliked: Late night droning from outside the hotel which the night manager attempted to resolve.
Disliked: The hotel is located near a central square that gets very noisy at night, right up until the early morning. The windows are not soundproof enough.
Liked: Beautiful hotel, wonderful location and staff!
