Amazing location but spa is open to non residents so it’s too crowded

  Liked: The location

Disliked: It was crowded in the spa. The yoga class was very odd. Not really yoga poses but lying around and the teacher seemed annoyed we’d turned up at all. There were only 3 people. Maybe she was going no one would come 🤷

Manages to grasp ‘defeat’ from the jaws of ‘victory’. Its a wonderful setting a great core product

Liked: Beautiful setting right on the beach, lovely external bar/breakfast space.

Disliked: Staff were not very friendly, it really was missing genuinely hospitality/service - they were very ‘rule’ following/inflexible and was very expensive given that whole but about a lack of service culture.
