Liked: The location and room was pretty enough for me. When I will go back to Strasbourg I will stay again same hotel. Shahand from front desk was very helpful and friendly.

  Disliked: All was good

Liked: The hotel is in the downtown area so easy to access shops, restaurants, sights. Staff were nice, always ready with a smile. The apt was quite spacious although main bedroom is a bit tight on space but the living area with sofa bed compensated for that.

Disliked: The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The concept of cleaning only once a week is a bit too much, I think especially for hot weather sheets need to be changed before that as AC is not that strong. Lighting was also too dim in room and living area.

  I wouldn’t recommend the hotel

Liked: The location is perfect. The staff is friendly

Disliked: However the room itself was extremely dirty. It was stinking during the whole stay. The light was poor, too dim. The TV has only French channels no youtube. The facilities are old, the shower was poor.

  Great location and room

Liked: Great location near everything. The staff were lovely and understanding when I was letting them know my neighbour had been screaming and shouting at the top of her voice for hours (3 am) without pause clearly not the fault of the hotel but they offered solutions. Our room had a couple of things broken but we were very happy with the size and the set up.

Disliked: I felt the breakfast wasn’t great. We stayed at another hotel in the city a day after our stay and the contrast was apparent. Not awful and coffee always available. There is an outside space that seems to be shared with unconnected with the hotel which was slightly unusual.
