Perfectly met my expectations, in terms of value for money and location

Liked: The location is very close to the train station, which was exactly what I wanted. The room was quite clean and spacious for one person.

  Disliked: No issues encountered whatsoever.

Okay, but disappointing in terms of contact

Liked: It was clean and well situated

Disliked: During the stay, all of my credit cards and my driver’s licence were stolen from my wallet, which was in the hotel room, in my bag. When we notified the manager, their only reaction was that their staff would never do something like that, and that we must have forgotten to shut the door properly behind us, so some other guest must have done it. The manager explained that the hotel had experienced that in the past. However, the first thing we noticed upon arrival was that the door did indeed not close properly, and so we made sure to shut it extra tight. Mind you, we did not accuse anyone, but we sorely missed any sort of empathy on the part of the manager. This is the first time ever for me to leave behind a negative review, but I do feel I would like to warn others about this.

  Pleasant, convenient, and great value

Liked: 5-10 minute walk from the station, nice reception area, friendly staff at the desk, easy check in, and a couple of small complimentary snacks in the room was a really nice touch! Overall great value for money, I would stay here again.
