  Disliked: When I come to the hotel I found the door open widely which is not very convenient for security reasons. I believe the cleaning lady forgot the towels and forgot to close the door when I call the reception he did not gone to check upstairs but he should have done this. I took the photos and showed then in the morning.

  Liked: The position is perfect, in front of the Cathedral. The staff is nice and helpful, the room is clean.

  Disliked: The only issue was that my room had an internal window, therefore there was no possibility to directly open it to the exterior.

  Wouldn’t recommend

  Liked: Good location near the cathedral. Rooms were clean. Staff were okay

  Disliked: They have tea bags in the room but no milk. Infact no milk in the hotel. A bit hard to believe that the reception could not give me a little milk to make my tea in the morning when they have a restaurant in the hotel!! They have an elevator but you still have to climb up about 30 steps to get to it. Definitely overpriced.

  Overall a great location and a nice spot to stay right in front of the cathedral

  Liked: Location was brilliant and the checkin staff fantastic. Room was clean and had a really nice bathroom
