  Small but comfortable hotel in the heart of Strasbourg

  Liked: My go to hotel whenever I travel to Strasbourg (which is several times a year). Very clean and comfortable rooms. The service gets better and better. I have been coming here for several years and must say that the improvements are really visible. From room renovations to new breakfast room, breakfast from local ingredients, small cookies in the room. Staff is always super sweet and welcoming. I would 100% recommend the hotel.

  Disliked: Unfortunately there is no parking available. Given the location, it is not really the property’s fault, however, it would be nice to not have to worry about finding a parking in Strasbourg when you arrive by car.

  Good stay, excellent value for money

  Liked: Excellent location, and very good breakfast. Very good value for money.

  Disliked: The bedroom was rather basic, and some of the fittings required attention / maintenance.

  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff! Location was great with a 10 minute walk to the center/bakeries, restaurants, shops and the stunning Strasbourg Cathedral. Breakfast was more than adequate to start the day, and a coffee machine serving a variety of options along with tea and sweets was available throughout the day and evening. Several shelves and a rack for hanging a few items and to keep luggage on. Large drawers in the double sink cabinet.

  Disliked: The sheer white curtains need darkening drapes over them. Separate hair condition would be nice along with facial tissue. Be mindful that the toilet is separate from the shower/dual sinks with its own door.

  Good location and glutenfree breakfast

  Liked: Glutenfree bread and madeleines for breakfast. Location near city center.

  Disliked: Very tiny room and bathroom. 4th floor (where my room was) had wooden floor under the carpet, so you could hear neighbour's steps in the night.

  Staff amazing, online pictures of rooms misleading: holes in walls/floor, mould, broken shelving etc

  Liked: While the staff was absolutely amazing the pictures of the room were fully misleading and there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom shelf was falling apart, part of the bathroom floor was missing, there was a hole in the wall, and overall what is pictured online is NOT what I got. Again the staff is the best part of this hotel, while the hotel/room itself structurally was the issue.

  Disliked: The pictures on booking.com of the room were fully misleading and there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom shelf was falling apart, part of the bathroom floor was missing, there was a hole in the wall, and overall what is pictured online is NOT what I got. Again the staff is the best part of this hotel, while the hotel/room itself structurally was the issue.
