A super hotel in a lovely location with compact bedrooms

Liked: The location was perfect just a short stroll away from the Cathedral and La Petite France. Quite perfect. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The onsite parking was not available however the hotel provided a discount for the nearby public car park.

Disliked: The superior room was very compact with little space for our clothes. We were on a two week tour with large suitcases which was a little awkward.

    Great location

Liked: Good location. Not far from the area of Petite France. Parking was good. Secure place behind gates.

Disliked: Not a major thing but I personally do not like rooms that have steps in them. The room we had had a step into the room and a small step into the bathroom. I always feel like I am going to forget and stumble!

    Friendly staff, good location

Liked: We stayed here 2 nights as part of our cycling holiday down the Rhine. The secure, covered bicycle storage area was excellent (bicycles hung by front wheels to make best use of space) The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Hotel perfectly located for city centre sightseeing.

Disliked: We had chosen the hotel as they said they could do our laundry. They notified us the night before our arrival that this would not be possible in the time frame of our stay. They researched a local laundrette for us, which enabled us to do our laundry ourselves, but this used up some of our planned sightseeing time. The room was very small (the room above reception and front courtyard)

Liked: The location in a quiet street very near the city center was great.

Disliked: We had a superior room on the upper floor. This could only be reached by a curved stairs. The bathroom was tiny.
