  Liked: We stayed one night to continue our journey by train early the next morning, for this the location was perfect. Staff was friendly, room had everything you wanted.

  Liked: Location just 5 mins from train station in quiet side street easy walk into this fantastic city. The hotel does the job for a quick visit.

  Disliked: Reception staff. Indifferent approach. Very mediocre breakfast.

  Liked: Centrally located, close to the train station and the Old Town. Clean room. Good soundproofing.

  Disliked: There were no clear visitor policies communicated beforehand. A friend came to visit me at the hotel in the evening, and once he came up to my room, I received a call informing me that he was only allowed to stay for a maximum of 20 minutes. This is completely unheard of and unacceptable

  Good location

  Liked: Good location, near station and short walk to old/new town. Comfy bed.

  Liked: The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The location is ideal close to the station but in a quiet street. Only 5 minutes walk to Petit France and the shopping area. Close to the tram system.

  Disliked: The breakfast was good but some items were not replenished or changed often enough.
