Liked: The location is perfect, if you're going by train. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Disliked: Unfortunately the pool wasn't warm enough. I thought I was going to be able to use it, that's why I've chosen this apartment, but it was toooooooo cold for us! Also, the beds weren't so comfortable as they put two singles together and you could feel the union in the middle.

Liked: The bathroom was excellent - newly renovated, comfortable, super clean, with a high quality shower head and good water pressure. The staff were great. The heating system works well.

Disliked: The toilet smelled very strongly of urine, like a public toilet. The wifi was slow to the point of uselessness. There was almost nothing in the room - no water, no coffee, no body lotion, no separate shampoo - it was a hair-and-body gel, no tissues, no pen or pencil. There is a fine for not washing your dishes but no dishwashing liquid is provided nor dishwasher tablets - you're supposed to go to reception and ask for a dishwashing kit or face the fine. The breakfast is limited but for 12 Euros it's fine I guess. I didn't find the bed very comfortable and one of the sheets had old stains on it (though it was clean).
