  Great location

  Liked: The hotel was centrally located which made it easy to get around. The Bar tender was so friendly and made us feel welcome.

  Disliked: The elevators are a bit slow.

  Lovely short stay! Would definitely stay again!

  Liked: It’s a lovely hotel, staff are very attentive and professional! Bed was lovely and room very quiet, nice bathroom. Great location!

  Disliked: Nothing much Room was on a small side and gym was very small for such a large hotel.

  Fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Strasbourg

  Liked: + Location was superb, right in the old town centre + Room was beautifully decorated and furnished and bed was very comfortable. + Rooms are very quiet despite the tram stop right next to the hotel. + Comfortable robes and slippers in the room + Breakfast buffet was excellent and they also offered warm dishes to be ordered freshly prepared. See photo of menu attached. + Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful + Hotel bar makes an excellent espresso martini and the music and vibe is cosy and elegant.

  Disliked: - The drain in our bathroom smelled very bad but the staff was very helpful and tried to improve the situation. They also gave us discount on our parking as a compensation because it could not be completely resolved.

  À very nice stay in Strasbourg

  Liked: Very stylish both the room and the whole building, comfortable, fully equipped room. Very nice balcony for morning coffee. Very well situated, on foot from all the center walks and the pedestrian area. Excellent breakfast.

  Disliked: One has to book parking well in advance as it is quite limited. As the hotel is in the pedestrian historic area, special instructions are needed to arrive there by car.

The hotel recommends that guests park at Kléber car park, 164 feet from the hotel.

Guests are required to provide the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

Please note that our spa, on the 2nd floor, is open every day from 9am to 8pm from Monday to Thursday and until 9pm from Friday to Sunday.
