  Great stay for a city trip to Toulouse

  Liked: The practical room, the comfortable bed, the wide selection of items at breakfast, the location of the room.

  Disliked: The rooms appeared to be a tad rundown, the bathroom floor wasn’t quite clean and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly from day 2 onwards and therefore it was very hot in the room.

  Liked: The location, the breakfast was wonderful, the bed was comfortable.

  Disliked: The bathroom did not have a fan and the sink did not drain properly. The room looked out into a very dark fire escape situation which made the room feel claustrophobic.

Good to know

Capitole public parking is more easily accessible on your way to the hotel through Place Wilson. If you are using a GPS, follow directions to Place Wilson, and then follow the signs to Place du Capitole and the parking. Please note that the parking is only 5.9 feet in height. If on your way, you come across an access point, you may ring the staff and inform them that you are a guest of Le Grand Balcon Hotel to be given access.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
