  Perfect for us for short stay with above reservations

  Liked: Great location fairly easy to access. Comfortable room good shower though temperature control basic. Good breakfast provided 0630-1000.

  Disliked: Parking limited so get there early. The underground parking garage accessed via narrow low entrance with steep descent. Cannot take high vehicles. I tried to cool (yes cool, in October it was 24°) the room to discover that the air con cools only in “summer” and it provides heat at this time of year. I took the advice to open the window temporarily.

  Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. I would especially like to mention Mohamed at the reception, who personally assisted me during my stay. He was very welcoming, friendly and professional, and he went above and beyond to help me. His dedication, patience and genuine willingness to assist made a very positive impression on me. Mohamed is an excellent receptionist and a real asset to the hotel.

  Disliked: The hotel was generally clean, but the facilities and furnishings are quite old and worn. The bathroom towels were particularly worn out and really need to be replaced. The parking area is also quite difficult to access, especially when entering and leaving with a car. Updating some of the facilities and replacing worn-out items would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
