  Charming Versailles

  Liked: The hotel is in an exceptionally convenient location in Versailles. The staff and service are excellent. The price is appropriate for the category. It features a small inner courtyard, which adds extra charm. I recommend it!

  Nice but needs help

  Liked: Josephine was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Our first stay was on level one, overlooking Avenue Parissione. Nice room. Perfect location.

  Disliked: 2nd stay was in the Patio wing. It was shabby. The bathroom was extremly small. I was only able to sit on the toilet sideways. It constantly smelled of sewer gas...no ventilation. Cleaning was very cursory...walls and light switches were dirty.

  Liked: The hotel location was convenient.The receptionists and especially Miss Camille were very friendly.One night,I felt colder than usual and I got an extra blanket all throughout my stay.

  Liked: Very nice staff, especially Eugene. Breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect and hotel was really cute. Room was big with plenty of space, except the toilet placement. Really good experience.

  Disliked: The toilet seat was way to close the wall. Luckly we are not tall / big people so we could use the toilet but it was not comfortable.

  Liked: Perfect location. Super Helpful staff especially Josaphina and Ernst. CUSTOMER CARE was so fantastic. Welcoming with macaroons and lemonade. A lovely experience.
