Liked: Peppe is a great host, he has practically thought of everything you would need to stay comfortably in his vacation rental apartment. It is pretty much fully equipped, even with beach towels and a beach umbrella. Variety of fresh fruit, fresh pastries, coffee grounds, bottled water, juice, spices and herbs. The location of the apartment makes exploring the area convenient, taking day trips to Taormina or Catania, to exploring Mt. Etna & the villages on the mountain that have breathtaking views and beautiful churches, coastal towns. There is off street gated parking so parking in the populated area is a breeze. Grocery stores in walking distance, along with Sicilian restaurants with reasonable prices and good food.

Disliked: The only improvement to the apartment I would suggest is an electric tea kettle (though boiling water on the gas stove is a very easy solution) and a toaster. Italian bread is some of the best and toasted fresh bread with its wonderful smell in the morning with cheese and meat or a sweet (Nutella, butter and jelly) spread on it, could only complete breakfast in the apartment.

We had everything we needed including parking space. Excellent holiday

Liked: The host, Giuseppe, left us a welcoming gift of pasta di mandorle as welol as water, juice and some cakes and jam for breakfast which was very kind of him. he was very friendly and gave us tips on where to go and what to do.The property was very close to all amenities and to the city centre.

A perfect stay—clean, central, and seamless thanks to excellent communication with the owner

Liked: I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this apartment in Acireale! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring the town super convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It had a clean, fresh feel and everything was exactly as described. I really appreciated how open and straightforward the communication was with the owner—quick responses, clear instructions, and always helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay in Acireale. I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall the house was fine for me and my family. Unfortunately noisy during the night

Liked: Communication and host very polite

Disliked: The house is quite old and very noisy just right on the main street, it looks like you sleeping outside.
