  Nice stay and lovely host

  Liked: Good location and amazing host, easy to get in touch with and super welcoming!

  Disliked: Unfortunately quite noisy in the morning. The hairdryer feels a bit outdated and could be upgraded.

  Liked: Very authentic, the real Sicily. Great and very helpfull staff (Antonio). Beautiful views from the roof terrasses... the sea at one side, Etna at the other.

  Disliked: The cars on the cobblestones outside are a bit noisy. But even that is very "couleur locale".

  Liked: Very nice host, great location nice traditional place to stay.

  Disliked: Could do with a bin in the room, an iron (although we did ask for it and the owner kindly brought an iron and ironing board), more toilet paper and proper shampoo and conditioner

  The premises need to be thoroughly renovated, and the mold must be eliminated, as it is harmful to health, especially si

  Liked: It had a roof terrace, owner was friendly and had fresh sweet croissants for breakfast.

  Disliked: There was mold inside the premises, smelled badly, peeling paint, and the tiles in the shower were even browned from dirt. On the breakfast table, there was a cup full of mold. The windows and doors were very poorly sealed, so the sound insulation was terrible, and since it was cool outside, the rooms were cold (we used air conditioners to somewhat improve the situation). We had paid for two nights, but after the first night, we moved to another hotel.

  Best accommodation, best host in Sicily

  Liked: We booked at short notice via cell phone, an although it was carnevale evening and the city full of visitors, Antonio, the host, was there immediately, parked our very large car safely in his courtyard, and gave us a wonderful room. The room, the breathtaking view, the nice breakfast, and the excellent service were the best we experienced on our week long tour through Sicily. Antonio even sent me the charging cable for my cell phone that I had forgotten. Acireale is a dreamlike place and the accommodation is magical. You absolutely must go there!
