Liked: Rina is the kind of host who made the entire experience. Every morning, she prepared freshly baked Sicilian pastries, a thoughtful touch that made each day feel special. She was warm, genuinely caring, and always willing to help. She arranged a private guide for our visit to Mount Etna — without question the highlight of our entire trip.

  Disliked: Nothing to share here:-)

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Riflessi Acireale Palace Suites. We stayed in the “Water” room, which was both comfortable and well equipped. The bed was excellent, and we really appreciated having WiFi, a small tea kitchen, a balcony, and a spacious bathroom with both a jacuzzi and a shower. Acireale is a great base for exploring Sicily. From here, it is easy to drive to Messina in the north, Modica in the south, or take a trip to Mount Etna and the surrounding countryside. The town itself has a lovely, authentic Italian atmosphere with many good restaurants and a relaxed local vibe. We were also pleasantly surprised that we managed to find free parking nearby every day during our 5-day stay. The host was fantastic. Always helpful, friendly, and ready with great recommendations. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable and authentic stay in Sicily.
