  We felt very welcome and I will recommend to others

  Liked: We loved this place and the staff. The grounds were beautiful, felt like someone's home. I loved the friendly chickens and cats roaming around. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Adequate cups, plates, forks, knives and cooking equipment. There were coffee-making facilities and the accomodation manager even left freshly ground coffee for us to use. This was a very nice touch. The pool was beautiful. The cars were able to be parked behind the security gate and every guest has their own access.

  Disliked: We felt the AC was under-powered for the size of the room. We did not turn it off as the room would take too long to cool down upon our return. The shower in our bathroom needs a new shower head as the water sprayed out in all directions. I think it is over-calcified and needed a good clean or replacement.

  Fantastic stay with great hosts in a beautiful setting

  Liked: Location was beautiful. The property was lovely and the pool area great. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Bed was a little uncomfortable but that was my personal preference.

  Disliked: The AC didn't seem to work as well as it should but was extremely hot so sure it was struggling to keep up.

  Lovely peaceful stay in a beautiful apartment

  Liked: We stayed here for 8 nights. The two of us booked a large holiday apartment with a sea view and balcony. Big and comfortable apartment with amazing views of the Etna and the sea. The owner is very reactive to any issue. Lingering by the swimming pool listening to birds was a delight. Beauty of the surroundings and spaciousness of the rooms. The citrus groves, the Etna views, the sea views were stunning. Loved the white chicken and running around and we loved to feed the cats. A car would be needed as it is a little way to a supermarket or any places to eat. This was not an issue for us. There is ample parking."

  Disliked: Not the best WiFi. Probably not the fault of the owners but due to the infrastructure.

  Liked: The apartments are comfortable, clean. Very good for a family for a long vacation.

  Disliked: The villa is located in a remote place, it is very inconvenient to get there. Far from the station. To walk 3.5 km with things on a road without sidewalks is very inconvenient, a taxi for such a distance is expensive. There is no transfer from owner
