Exceptional
Once in a lifetime visit
Liked: We loved how it was away from the busy parts of the coast. There are a few shops close but it’s not really near much. We were able to do the Marissa Cuomo wine tasting by easily walking to it. You will definitely want to eat dinner there and request a seat with a view. Sunset is amazing from the outdoor terrace where you eat. The staff was super helpful and were beyond nice. The dinner is phenomenal. We ate there both nights we were there because it was so good. Also, the breakfast is a large spread. It’s great as well. It’s an old facility they rebuilt. It’s beautiful. Heads up that the showers are small. I’m 6’4 240lbs. I could shower in it so you’ll probably be just fine. It’s remote. It’s a lot of stairs. If you arrive by bus there’s a walk there before the stairs. So, if you have terrible knees it’s probably not for you. If your knees can take it then it will be an unforgettable experience.

Disliked: Getting to the property requires a walk down over 100 steps. The luggage has to be brought by a lift, but the staff does assist with that.
7 days of beauty and harmony
Liked: The place is magical. It’s authentic, yet very well maintained. It’s scenic and secluded, yet very good starting point to explore the Amalfi coast. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the food is fresh and delicious. Me and my wife spent 7 days in August. Agriturismo Sant’Alfonso was our pleasant retreat after each day exhausting of exploring the beauties of the region.
