  Liked: We were majorly delayed, but Sara was amazingly patient and kind. Everything was clearly explained and pictures added to ensure clarity. Highly recommend.

  Disliked: The only negative was the sheets and linen for a double mattress were too small - seemed to be for a single mattress? As a result they kept sliding while sleeping and exposing the mattress. We would also rather have waterproof mattress protector to prevent moisture etc entering the mattress. Perhaps some chairs in the room?

  Heritage hotel

  Liked: Comfy room, with nice view, courtyard for chilling and friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious.
