Exceptional
Despite glitches with the AC, the house and the property manager made it a great stay
Liked: The location was great, roughly midway from the beach and the grocery store and restaurants. Gennaro was the property manager and he was a rock star arranging transportation, booking dinners and giving recommendations on where to go and where to not go (the tourist traps).
Disliked: The house had 4 individual AC units, two of which were fantastic and two of which were very problematic. The property manager was very responsive and got the owner involved, who did send technicians out twice to solve the problem. They also sent a bottle of champagne and a supply of water bottles for our trouble. That said, we went two nights with no AC in the master bedroom.
Great view villa, improvements can be made
Liked: The view was the most amazing part of the villa (ideally the big wire right in the middle when you look out shouldn’t be there but still amazing view). The rooms were nice and the big windows great as well.
Disliked: TOO MANY STEPS! There are about 100 or so steps to reach the villa which we randomly found out from another review on a different platform. We couldn’t see that information mentioned here. It’s not suitable for people with mobility issues and if you have many or heavy luggages it will be a struggle. The host should provide clothes detergent and better options for body wash and shampoo.

Heaven on earth!
Liked: Oh this is an absolute slice of heaven! I was tempted not to review it because I want to keep it secret so it’s available for my next visit. The location was perfect for me as I had a car. The Rita’s place was AMAZING!!! Spotlessly clean, modern, and the most insane views you will ever ever see! Everything has been thought of and I can not fault it at all!! Yes, there are steep stairs but I promise the view is worth it!
Disliked: Nothing, I loved it all.
