  Clean, great location with a parking

  Liked: The rooms were basic but very clean, with a kettle for making tea, and the staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, and the guarded parking is a big plus.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, despite guests being asked to respect quiet hours, it was quite noisy. While the property can’t control every guest’s behaviour, the poor soundproofing made it difficult to sleep so bring your earplugs:-)

  Good place to stay, especially if you come by car

  Liked: Very good location with a car parking space right in the middle of the town. Everything is in walking distance. Nice but simple rooms. Very good breakfast offer.

  Liked: I absolutely fell in love with this place! Everything was wonderful — from the warm welcome by the staff, to the room, breakfast, location, and the entire complex itself. Make sure to visit the chapel and the beautiful courtyard next to it — they are truly special. The whole place has such a peaceful, wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. I would warmly recommend Il Seminario to anyone visiting Alba. It was a truly lovely and memorable experience, and I would happily come back!

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the library was closed this week, so I didn’t get a chance to visit it, but it looks absolutely beautiful in the photos.

  Liked: Absolutely amazing, definitely exceeded our expectations. The lady at reception was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The building itself is beautiful, with lovely surroundings, and the central location was perfect. We also really appreciated having secure parking.

  Disliked: The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi connection was not very stable. Other than that, everything was perfect!

  Great location and good value for money

  Liked: Super location close to the centre of town, staff were lovely and very helpful, especially when we needed to store our bicycles. Interesting building to stay in, a lot of history there.

  Disliked: Nothing to dislike, room was a bit basic but it was big and served all our requirements.
