Fabulous
Good communication, room for improvement in other areas
Liked: The person was very attentive and responsive via WhatsApp, always replying quickly and helping me with all my requests. The communication was excellent, and I really appreciated their support and willingness to help. Location was good
Disliked: Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. It definitely did not meet my expectations. The towels could use an update, as they seemed a bit worn out. Also, the room had absolutely no view, as the window appeared to be sealed off or blocked. This was a bit disappointing.
Lovely stay
Liked: Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed. The host is super nice. Air con worked. Balcony was a lovely space to relax. Breakfast selection was great - the cheese cake was amazing! Grazie!
Disliked: We found a parking space easily but can see that it could be difficult at times. Location is about 20 minute walk to the centre - we enjoyed the walk, but just including here for awareness. Note that there is no lift and a few stairs to climb. Breakfast room is small and uncomfortable if more than one table is occupied. Suggest the tables are cleared periodically during the breakfast time.
Comfortable stay with a good breakfast
Liked: Location was handy - really close the the main beach and bus stop. Alghero Old Town was just a short walk away. Breakfast was lovely. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hosts were kind and helpful.
Good, but there are some compromises to be made
Liked: The position is good, close to the beach and city center, on a quiet street, you can't hear anything at night. Everything was clean. The breakfast, even though it was not varied, it was good quality. We appreciated the umbrellas and sunbeds that you would not get in a hotel. Self check-in and check-out makes it very flexible.
Disliked: There are some compromises that should not be made at this price point, that would bring a 3-4 star hotel and not an improvised B&B in an apartment. The towels are only changed every 3 nights and they are hang dried, which leads to them smelling damp really fast, we didn't have a balcony so there was no proper way to dry anything. The kitchen is crammed so there's not much room for food variation or appliances at breakfast. Even though the beach is right outside, it's not the best, you will probably prefer to go to other beaches like Maria Pia so this advantage kind of fades away.

Liked: Flexibility, prompt and helpful communication, helpful staff, delicious and plentiful breakfast, great location and facilities, comfortable bed, superb air conditioning, easy walk from bus stop, so close to the beach and a few good restaurants
Super friendly acquaintance with Alghero
Liked: Very friendly host. The rooms are clean, there are even beach accessories, it's easy to find parking and a very good breakfast!
