  Stayed for two nights. Should have planned better to stay for a week. One of the best places we have stayed in Sardinia

  Grate place to stay!

  Liked: I rarely leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. The location is perfect—within walking distance of the city center and the beach, and very close to the bus station. There’s also a place right next door where you can leave your luggage if you arrive on an early flight. The supermarket is also right next door. If you rent a car, there is a large paid parking lot about 200 meters away. The room was very spacious and clean, perfect for a family of three. The Wi-Fi was also good. Overall, a great place to stay!

  Liked: The location was convenient and the apartment itself could have been acceptable under normal circumstances. Unfortunately, the overall experience was completely ruined by the serious construction noise and the way the situation was communicated to us.

  Disliked: This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. Heavy construction work was taking place directly above the apartment, inside the same building, starting from around 7:00 AM. The drilling, hammering, and impact noise were extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep, rest, or use the apartment normally. The most unacceptable part is that this was not honestly disclosed before our stay. We were told there was construction next to the building, but in reality the work was directly above our heads, inside the same building. This is a major difference. Had we known the real situation, we would never have booked this property. My wife is pregnant, and after being repeatedly woken up early in the morning by heavy construction noise, we did not feel it was reasonable or safe to continue staying there. We informed the host after the first morning, but the same thing happened again the next day, so we had no realistic option but to leave early. We stayed only two nights, but the property agreed to refund only 50% of the total amount, even though we were forced to leave because of conditions that were not properly disclosed and made the apartment unsuitable for rest. In my opinion, this was not a fair or human way to handle the situation, especially considering that my pregnant wife and I could not sleep due to heavy construction directly above us. This was not ordinary city noise or construction somewhere nearby. It was heavy construction directly above the apartment from early morning. I strongly believe this property should not be offered to guests under these conditions without very clear and honest disclosure in advance.

  Good value for money

  Liked: Great location, close to everything you need. Friendly and flexible staff.

  Disliked: I have nothing to complain about. The doors were not the best in regards to sound prof, so you could hear the other guests come and go, but it wasn’t much of an issue.
