Exceptional
Liked: Location of the apartment was really close to Spiaggia Maria Pia, only 5-10 minutes by walk. Apartment equipment was was good, however there was missing salt and rinse in dishwasher also there was only few dishwasher tablets. There was enough sleep place for 5 people (sofa can be can be converted into a bed). In every room was air conditioning but after turn on not good smell was going out.
Disliked: Size of the apartment was small and for 5 people it was a little tight. The balcony was unnecessarily large compared to size of kitchen/living room. Wifi connection was a little bit slow in some rooms of the house or it was not connected at all.
Liked: Location is excellent very close by foot to Maria Pia beach. Many bus stations close and well connected to main roads. Apartment is cosy with big terrace and quiet.
Disliked: Lacks basic things like salt, oil, detergent, would be nice to have when staying for few days or a week.
Nice and clean modern apartment
Liked: A modern apartment building. 10 minute drive to the airport. 5 minute waling to the beach. It's a well-equipped apartment with modern furniture. The kitchen is suitable for basic cooking.
Disliked: The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbours.
Liked: Nice place. Close to where I needed to be. Neighborhood not the most attractive. Friendly host who let me check in a little earlier-thank you.
Good price, close to the beach, safe, clean apartment
Liked: Very clean, easy access, for the whole family, quiet neighborhood, we even got some beach toys for our stay, we were very satisfied
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like
Comfortable and pleasant apartment with no frills
Liked: Easy free parking, new secure building with lift, close to beaches, spacious modern apartment, bright and clean throughout, new furniture, very nice bedroom and comfortable bed, big long terrace, pleasant bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Complementary ground coffee, sugar, salt, balsamic vinegar and 2 sun umbrellas were provided. Communication with the host was fine, English speaking and friendly lady.
Disliked: The old city is about 30 minutes walk away, no shops nearby. Mosquitoes but no fly screens provided. Some traffic noise and sirens as it is close to an emergency hospital. The common laundry is in the basement. No internet offered. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice. We didn’t use the terrace as there were mosquitoes and no balcony furniture.
