Sold the non existent dream
Liked: The apartment is an average 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property in tired condition. The town of Alghero is beautiful. The property is NOT BEACHFRONT
Disliked: The property is misadertised in many ways. It is NOT beachfront, there is no on-site café, the spa is a blowup spa which is cold as you are not allowed to use more than 7kw of power per day or you are charged additional fees. If you turn the spa jets on for more than 30min you are charged €100, the spa is located on a large terrace completely surrounded bu high rise apartment buildings looking down at you. You are not to use more than 2 appliances at once, including the aircon. The outdoor furniture is old and very uncomfortable. There are only 2 sun lounges for 6 guests. The bbq wasn't there when we arrived, but they did deliver the smallest camping BBQ I've seen, without coal or fire lighters or any utensils. The list of facilities such as massage, facials, theme dinners, bingo etc are simple available in the town....not at the property. We would not recommend, there are definitely properties for less money in better locations and better condition.
Liked: Great accomodation, modern, really clean, lovely rooms, perfect for us as a family of six, great terrace out the back. There's a shortcut from the property which takes you to the coastal walk into the old town so great location.

Liked: Amazing appartment in Alghero. Only a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Very good facilities in the house. Good communication with the owners of the apartment. Would definitely recommend!
Great location and hostess
Liked: The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, clean and with a beautiful large terrace. The hostess Mrs. Daniela was very nice and always willing to fulfill our wishes. The location of the apartment was amazing - almost by the sea and only 20 min walk along the seaside colonnade to the historical city center, Great and amazing accommodation!
Disliked: There is nothing to mentioned.
Clean, spacious appsrtment in walking distance from Old Town centre
Liked: Alghero is a great city to visit. The apartment was lovely and spacious with 3 big double beds and spacious kitchen and courtyard. Daniela was very helpful and she gave us lots of guidance. The beach and old town are walking distance. Lovely holiday.
