Liked: The owner was very kind and explained us everything we wanted to know. The apartment has all the basics to start well, but of course you need to go to the groceries for more. Near the beach and bus stop

Liked: Giorgio is very kind, welcoming, and helpful, and he made our stay truly enjoyable. The accommodation is clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. Maria Pia Beach is a 15–20-minute walk away, and the city bus stops nearby.
A place for a quite and pleasant stay in the city of Alghero
Liked: The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was well equipped especially in the living room and in the kitchen. It was very close to the one of the most beautiful beaches Maria pia in only 6-7 minutes walking distance. Also, one of the best things was the fact that the apartment was located very near to the bus station where all the city and intercity busses including the Bus No.3 which is going to he airport were passing which I think is very important for guests who do not drive or do not took a rent a car. The apartment is located at the entry of the town in a walking distance of 25-30 minutes from the Old Town Alghero and near to the Airport (10 minutes by bus).
Disliked: There was no iron in the apartment. Another thing worth mentioning is the fact that around the apartment in a radius of 1km there is no supermarket and if you need something you must take a bus or go by foot approximately 1.2kg to the CONAD marked
Liked: Everything! The owner daughter Ilaria was super helpful, and the owner also, they even land us beach mats, there was sun umbrella in the apartment, the bus station is very close, everything was perfect!
Liked: The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Our flight was delayed, but he kindly waited for us and welcomed us to the apartment without charging us any extra fee. He also allowed us to stay for a few extra hours until it was time for our flight, which we really appreciated. He gave us very clear and helpful instructions, making everything easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this place!
