Liked: Everything was good, owners were very nice. Good location, near from beach and stores
Disliked: Swimming pool opening hours are too short
Great location for us!
Liked: We loved the location… basically across the road from the beach and 20-30 minute walk into the beautiful town of Alghero with plenty of bars and restaurants on the way! The apartment was well stocked and even had a parasol to use at the beach.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The place was really lovely and the owners extremely welcoming. They welcomed us on arrival with a bottle of prosecco, sweets on the pillow for my daughter and a teddy in the cot for my other daughter which was so sweet. The place had everything you could need from washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder to suncream and mosquito repellent. They also had lots of cooking appliances and the everyday things such as olive oil, salt, coffee etc. The house stayed naturally cool so we didn't need to use the air con at all during our weeklong stay. The swimming pool had a small kids pool which was great for our 2 yr old and there was a little playpark outside which she loved. The location could not be more perfect: it's a 30min walk to the old town along the promenade with lots of beach bars/cafes and a 2 min walk to a lovely beach or Maria Pia beach is about a 10min walk away which is beautiful.
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect for us.
Very pleasant stay, highly recommend
Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very cozy. It has everything you need and the hosts are super helpful and hospitable. Nice area within 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of nice cafes around. Kids especially enjoyed all the design details and bunk bed, and we had great family breakfasts on the terrace.
Disliked: Nothing not to like
Liked: Communication was great, everything was prepared for our toddler too. The host provided us with some basic food and baverages at the beginning, we didnt have to run to the shop and buy water which was very convenient. Acommodation was clean, new and nice, they also have a very friendly neighbourhood. Access to Lido beach was like 3 minutes, to Maria Pia beach approx. 10minutes. It was a great stay!
pleasant and conform expectations
Liked: very kind and helpful owners, could check in before the formal time. Lot of cleaning equipment and other amendeties were present (in case needed). They left some drinks and water in the fridge upon arrival. Very close to several beaches, restaurants etc. parking great because in front of aprtmnt. Take into account the parking spaces are small not suitable for larger cars but then again moving around in big cars in Alghero is not advised in general as you will not be able to park.
Disliked: internet was a bit unstable not the best connection. My mother slept on the bunk bed whom for children is ok for adults the mattrass is to light. Overall, very positive although the accommodation area is quite dated and could use some fresh up, as good notably. also note the bathroom is not separate and can be reached through the same room where the bunkbed is. With multiple guests this could disturb their sleep. We were unlucky that the swimming pool was not yet taken into use as we left 05-06 and the pool would open the week after.
