Exceptional
Quiet getaway amid olive trees
Liked: The hotel is located in a very nice green area amid olive trees. The rooms are nice and have a nice pool view. The owners are very friendly and gave us good recommendations. The breakfast offers a good selection.
Disliked: The person who checked us in in the evening was unwelcoming even though we arrived before 10pm and had announced our arrival time beforehand. He also just walked away when we nicely asked for a second blanket. The hotel is a bit old but still in good running order. It would be very peaceful if not for the dogs barking frequently on the property next door.

Liked: We had an absolutely fantastic stay! I can't recommend this place enough. The highlighting factors for me were definitely the completely relaxing and friendly atmosphere, the spotlessly clean facilities, and the exceptional service from the staff. They truly made us feel at home with their warm and attentive attitude

Very convenient comfortable hotel
Liked: Very nice clean and comfortable hotel with a lovely pool And only a few minutes into the lovely old city of Alghero
Disliked: Just worth noting that the hotel has a one way in and one way out access road which is fine-but need to check Google Maps as some times it was directing us to come to the hotel in the wrong direction-ie directing us to come in the way out
A pleasant stay in a picturesque setting
Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vessus Country Hotel. The setup of the hotel, the greenery, the pool, the surrounding olive grove, the cats... It gave the hotel a very pleasant, serene and romantic atmosphere. The owner and his family were friendly and they make sure their guests are comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
