Great spot for affordable stay
Liked: Great location and lovely relaxing pool area, great price. We had two balconies which was such a lovely suprise.

Comfortable and well connected to the city
Liked: While the building and rooms are a bit dated, it's perfectly spacious and comfortable for a stay near the beach. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Helpfully, there's a large supermarket on the ground floor of the building. It takes around 20-30 min to walk to the historic centre along the pleasant seafront, or buses are cheap and quite regular, stopping a couple of blocks from the property.
Disliked: The facilities are a bit dated (small shower, basic kitchen), but these aren't big issues. The apartment in general had plenty of space.
Our first trip to Sardinia in October was without too many expectations, but it was above and beyond
Liked: It is a big accommodation, very spacious, with a wonderful balcony. We had a sea view and its was amazing. Morning coffee with palm tree infront and light morning sun, and sunset in the evening. More than we expected. Fully functional kitchen, living area and comfortable bedroom with air conditioning. It’s not luxury, but the location is great, lokal beach is a 2 min from apartmen, and 10 min from Maria Pia beach, which is incredible. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the old town, but it's along the sea, along a nice promenade, so it's really lovely. An additional convenience is the supermarket below the accommodation which is open seven days a week and has everything you need.
Disliked: The only complaint is the small shower.
