Exceptional
Liked: Fabulous apartment - so refreshing to be in an authentic home, not the usual sterile surroundings in many holiday homes

Liked: Loved the view over promenade and beach. Extremely well equipped and considerate of guests needs. Laundry was excellent with plenty of sun screen and household products supplied.
Disliked: The Vest House sign was on the wall outside the front door, but very hard to see from the street or even within the complex!! We went to the next door Bar and the RENTAL business on either side of front door before we saw it!!!
Fabulous stay in Alghero
Liked: Antonella was so helpful and let us check in early due to our early flight arrival, that was much appreciated. The apartment is a real home from home, beautifully decorated and so well equipped with anything you would need. It’s in a great location close to the old town and beaches. The garage is a real bonus and the beds in the apartment were very comfortable. We loved our stay in Alghero!
Disliked: Nothing, we absolutely loved our stay!
Delightful home-from-home in splendid location
Liked: Was a real home; this block was built by the Italian government to house Officers, our owner had been in the navy and it shows from the nautically themed fixtures & ornaments (from a wall-mounted shark downwards); the owners literally move out to secondary accommodation & the entire contents are available to use, from up to date white goods to anything basic you could imagine! The garage meant the car was safe; the block really quiet with spectacular view over Alhero’s marina to the Gulf and key landmarks beyond: so convenient for the old town & excursions from hart; start of 6km beach to Fertilia; airport just beyond!
Disliked: Some things, like bead-curtain from kitchen to deck a bit fussy; small kitchen; garage awkward to access; Alghero suffers from power cuts in Summer, so didn’t use lift; these also tripped the electric switches but we learned where these were; owners only speak Italian but v helpful - some things like Restaurant recs are printed out in English
Liked: The place was very comfortable with everything you need to relax, kitchen was very well equipped. Location wise this is very close to old town next to the promenade. Very good contact with Antonella who was giving us all necessary information and was very helpful. Highly recommend this place if you like places with soul.
Well Located Large Apartment Overlooking the Sea - What more could you want?
Liked: Very roomy apartment, huge master suite, two bathrooms and a nice terrace overlooking the lido and seashore - perfect to watch the sunset over the Capo Caccia! The apartment had everything we needed for our family of four for nearly a week stay. Nice to have a cafe downstairs just outside the door to get morning coffee, pastries, gelato and wine if needed. There are a couple of small grocery stores and bakeries in the town behind the building just minutes away as well. It is a short 15 minute drive from the airport, and we were able to use the large free public parking lot next door during our entire stay in March. Less than a ten minute walk to the old town gave us plenty of restaurant options, as well as good walking areas in the mornings and evenings. Our stay was quiet and Alghero was a nice base to visit the Northwest. The host was a very good communicator, sent us photos and videos to assist with check in, and made sure that we had no apartment or logistical issues.
Disliked: No complaints here!
