We enjoyed our stay there: it was silent, far from noises, and relaxing
Liked: We didn't book to have breakfast at the b&b. We liked the location because it was clean and situated in the centre of town, not far from interesting monuments and the touristic area of the town.
Disliked: The access staircase to the room, which is on the second floor of a quite old building, is old and very steep; the premises have no lift. But every time we had to go up to the room we took it as a moment of good physical exercicing.

Great location base for exploring Gravina & Matera; more or less straight uphill from station
Liked: The location was excellent, and we liked the unusual position of being in the attic with a roof-top terrace.
Disliked: The wifi signal was very intermittent and weak, unreliable. (Maybe the router was downstairs?) There was no facility to make a hot drink - an electric kettle would have been useful (there is a small fridge which was useful).
