Disliked: Everything was excellent, staff, facilities, clean, value For money. Altamura is stunning. Parking was a bit difficult
Lovely hotel in the heart of the city
Liked: Great location in the historic old town. Driving a car to the hotel is a bit tricky but the staff were very helpful with parking.
great postion, even without parking, but several things to improve
Liked: position, room size, bed
Disliked: 1. upon arrival we were told that due to a problem there would be no not water. we are talking abnout days at 35-37 degrees and you cannot shower? and no offer for a discount sue to inconvenience 2. the aircon was mediocre. 3 breakfast was very sad, in terms of place, and choices, even though i am italian and used to small breakfast, this was very sad. most items prepackaged, etc. upon leaving the music with sonfs at reception made us think we were at a dance party. definitely not a 4 star
Parking directly outside hotel was great, if we didn’t get that it would have been impossible. So great stay
