Liked: The staff, location and views from the balcony for breakfast. And having a fan in the room.

Disliked: Up 6 flights of stairs, very poor lighting in stairway at night, not clear upon entrance where to go. Elevator very slow, had to carry bags. Not many protein options for breakfast

Great place at a great value

Liked: The lodging is just a block from the Arezzo train station, where we were meeting a tour group the next morning. so very convenient. Also a short walk to the historic hilltop area with shops, cafes and restaurants. A supermarket is next door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and quite good.

An ideal choice for a short stay

Liked: The location is ideal, right across the street from the train station. The proprietor was extremely welcoming and kind and went way beyond the norm to help me settle in. The place is immaculately clean, and the rooftop terrace has exceptional views and lovely well-tended plants. They even provide baby plants for guests to take home! I had a lovely time and if I come back to Arezzo will definitely be staying there again.

Disliked: The breakfast offerings were adequate but limited. On the other hand, the staff made coffee drinks on an individual basis, and that went a long way towards compensating for the food selection.
