  Perfect central place to stay in Arezzo

  Liked: A whole appartment to myself, very nice! Spotless clean. Good communication with the host. A five minute walk to the city center.

  Perfect Hosts, Decent Location, and Attractive Price

  Liked: Property is managed by lovely people. They are kind and easy to contact/communicate. Property is only 10 minutes away from the train station. Everything I needed was available in the property and they were in good condition. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is a bit basic, but I'm still happy that it was included. There is a bar/café across the street with decent coffee and pastries, which is a plus. All in all, I think it was great value for the price... Especially at the time I visited. I would stay here again.

  Disliked: I kind of get cold easy. Although I tried to use the AC to get my room a bit warmer, I couldn't manage it. It was not bad or anything, therefore I haven't contacted them about it. In my opinion, room temperature is the only thing that could be improved.
