  Liked: The villa is run by Giacomo who was very nice and helpful. He makes delicious breakfast with pastry and coffee. It has an olive grove and nice views of Arezzo and the countryside. The room was clean and spacious, air fresh, atmosphere relaxing. Most of the time it felt as if we had the place to ourselves. Overall very satisfied and would come again.

  Disliked: Can't think of anything that needs improvement really. All good.

  An authentic Villa stay

  Liked: was a lovely bedroom and bathroom from a bygone area. We sadly only met the owner briefly when we checked in so don’t know any of the history. The breakfast with the scrambled eggs was appreciated. Loved the view across to the sunset

  Disliked: 47 stairs to our room 😬 Older musty smell you were confined to your room unless you went out. We weren’t sure if we could wander the property

  Magical place in Toscana!

  Liked: The villa is beautifully and tastefully designed, has a very retro feel and gives of very relaxing vibes. It has a fantastic story behind it and the surrounding areas are just magic. We loved every second of it and are planning to come back again. The host, Giacomo, is a very elegant and talented gentleman with load of stories to tell and with a very welcoming attitude!
