  Good location, worth the price!

Liked: Perfect location, situated in the city center, 6-7 minutes from the railway station on walk

Disliked: Walls our quite thin, so the room is noisy.

Liked: Good value, straightforward stay. Hotel is rocking the mud century vibe but the room was clean, bathroom and AC were fine and it's in a super location, 2 minutes easy walk from the station, on the pedestrian street with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

  Disliked: A little dated

Beautiful and Comfortable Hotel in Arezzo

Liked: It was very close to the Arezzo Station and is located in s very central location. You have everything you need nearby and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were also able to check in early because the room was already available. Dog friendly!

Disliked: The staff is friendly but you will probably have a little problem communicating in English

Excellent, basic accommodation minutes from train station and from historic center

Liked: Excellent value for the money. The facilities are exactly as pictured -simple and a bit dated aesthetically. But they were very clean and comfortable and what I wanted. The location was perfect when making day trips from Arezzo because it was a 3 minute walk from the train and bus stations, and 5 minutes from the historic center. A breakfast buffet was available and I was able to leave my luggage when I arrive early. The staff were friendly and checked that those who entered had keys/were guests.
