  Lovely meals and felt like a high end agriturismo

  Quaint historic home stay with the restaurant and staff hospitality a star

  Liked: Older hotel, what it lacks in modern amenities it makes up for charm and hospitality. Great food made with love, friendly staff and quiet grounds.

  Disliked: A little dated inside the rooms and hotel. But part of the charm

  Very enjoyable few days

  Liked: Good location in a rural area but sufficiently close to the main road network. Arezzo is only 9km away and within easy distance of the hotel.

  Disliked: The driveway from the property to the main road was a good 400m, which was surfaced with limestone chippings, which created a lot of dust when driven on. Very difficult to keep a clean car in these circumstances.

  Unique and (mostly) peaceful hotel, but I would not stay there again nor recommend it to a friend

  Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The building was unique and mostly comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice.

  Disliked: The staff were somewhat friendly, but did not go out of their way to make us feel welcomed/comfortable. The hotel restaurant was very underwhelming. There is no hot tub or sauna (as is listed on their Booking page), which were two of the main reasons we chose the hotel. On one of the two nights that we stayed there, they hosted a birthday party for a teen boy. We did not really like being woken up by fireworks from that party right outside our window at midnight, about 30 minutes after we’d just fallen asleep. Finally, two of the four members of our party are allergic to cats. We didn’t really like the fact that there were cats roaming the interior of the hotel, our rooms, and even the dining room and kitchen of the restaurant throughout our stay. The health department where we’re from would shut a place down for that. There was also a very yappy dog in the hotel the entire time we were there.

  A comfortable hotel in a rural location close to Arezzo with an excellent restaurant

  Liked: The hotel is located just outside Arezzo in the countryside and has an excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable.

  Disliked: There was only a bath in the room which took a long time to fill and did not have a hot/cold regulator that worked. I would ask not to have Room M next time.

The restaurant is open every day for dinner. On Sunday, the restaurant is also open for lunch.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
